McKinney Black Car and Chauffeur Service

McKinney is about to become an airport town. With the new passenger terminal at McKinney National Airport opening this fall, there’s a new way to start a trip from Collin County. RamsLimo provides black car and chauffeur service serving McKinney 24/7. We cover the brand-new terminal, the two big Dallas airports, corporate travel, and nights out around the historic square.

McKinney National Airport (TKI / DTX)

McKinney National Airport has long served private and corporate aviation under the FAA code TKI. Its new commercial terminal on the east side of the airport is scheduled to open on November 11, 2026. Avelo Airlines flights are booked under the code DTX, with launch routes to Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers and more cities added in December. Whether you’re catching one of those flights or meeting a private aircraft, we’ll get you to the right side of the field.

DFW and Love Field Transfers from McKinney

For everything else, the big airports are still about 36 miles away:

  • DFW International: about 36 miles, often 40 minutes or so in light traffic. The most direct route is SH-121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) southwest to the airport’s north entry.
  • Dallas Love Field: also about 36 miles, usually a bit longer, south on US-75 into Dallas.

Rush hour on US-75 and SH-121 can stretch either trip a lot. We plan pickup times around real traffic, and every ride includes flight tracking with curbside or Meet & Greet pickup. See airport car service and Dallas airport car service for more.

Corporate and Executive Travel

McKinney’s business base keeps growing, from the Craig Ranch area near SH-121 to employers along US-75 and US-380. Our executive chauffeur service is built for that kind of workday:

  • Airport pickups for visiting clients and executives
  • Back-to-back meetings across McKinney, Plano, Frisco and Dallas
  • Event transportation for corporate dinners and off-sites

Need a car on standby? Hourly hire keeps a chauffeur with you for as long as the day runs.

Historic Downtown, Weddings and Golf Weekends

McKinney’s 1875 courthouse square is surrounded by more than 120 local shops, restaurants and galleries. It’s a favorite spot for date nights, rehearsal dinners and engagement photos. Nearby, Chestnut Square Historic Village and the waterfront setting of Adriatica Village add their own character to wedding weekends. We handle:

  • Wedding-day transportation for the couple, family and guests
  • Prom and homecoming rides
  • Anniversary and birthday dinners downtown
  • Golf weekends at TPC Craig Ranch, home of THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson each spring

Plan your occasion on our special events page.

Longer Trips

From McKinney, US-75 runs north toward Sherman and the Oklahoma line and south into Dallas. For trips to Austin, Houston or other cities, book one of our city-to-city rides and ride door to door.

Nearby Service Areas

We also serve neighboring Allen, Prosper and Anna, along with Frisco and Plano to the southwest.

McKinney Black Car FAQ

Do you provide rides to the new McKinney National Airport terminal?

Yes. The commercial terminal is scheduled to open on November 11, 2026, with Avelo flights booked under the code DTX. Book it the same way you’d book a DFW or Love Field ride, and pick the new terminal as your destination.

Is TKI the same airport as DTX?

Yes. TKI is the FAA code used for general aviation, and DTX is the airline booking code for commercial flights. Both refer to McKinney National Airport.

How long is the ride from McKinney to DFW?

It’s about 36 miles, typically 40 minutes or so in light traffic via SH-121. It takes longer at rush hour, so we build in a buffer.

Can you handle transportation for a wedding downtown?

Yes. We can coordinate cars for the couple and guests between your hotel, ceremony and reception.
