1. Membership Overview
Rams Limo offers exclusive, subscription-based limousine and SUV services tailored for high-value clients. Memberships grant access to a fixed number of ride credits per month, premium vehicle options, and personalized scheduling.
•All memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered user or business account.
•Membership services are valid only within the United States.
•Membership availability is subject to Rams Limo’s operational zones.
2. Membership Packages

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal
•Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
•Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled according to Section 5.
•Annual membership fees are non-refundable and due upon enrollment and annually thereafter.
•No proration or partial refunds will be provided for unused ride credits or mid-month cancellations.
•Failed or disputed payments will result in immediate account suspension until resolved.
4. Ride Credit Policy
•Ride credits are issued monthly and must be used within 30 days of issuance.
•Unused ride credits expire after 30 days and do not roll over.
•Members may book one ride per calendar day, unless otherwise approved in writing.
•Rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
•Same-day requests are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
•Each ride includes up to 20 miles. Any mileage beyond 20 miles will be charged at Rams Limo’s standard per-mile rate.
•Repeated misuse (e.g., late cancellations, no-shows, or non-member riders) may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Cancellation Policy
•Members must submit written notice to
[email protected] at least 30 days prior to their next billing date to cancel.
•Cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle.
•Charges for the current billing month are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are issued for unused rides or time.
•Auto-renewal continues unless proper notice is given.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Rams Limo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion for the following reasons:
•Violation of these Terms and Conditions
•Abuse of services or staff
•Fraudulent activity
•Non-payment or chargebacks
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
7. Modifications to Membership or Terms
Rams Limo reserves the right to modify:

•Pricing
•Ride limits
•Terms and Conditions
30 days’ notice will be provided via email or website update. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
8. Member Conduct & Responsibility
•Members are expected to treat all staff, vehicles, and chauffeurs with respect.
•Any damage to vehicles caused by a member or their guests will be charged at full repair or replacement value.
•Members are responsible for all applicable tolls, taxes, parking fees, and gratuities, unless otherwise specified in writing.
9. Service Area & Availability
•Service is offered only within designated operational zones of the United States.
•Service availability may vary based on time of day, traffic, vehicle type, or demand.
•Force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, road closures) may affect availability and are not the responsibility of Rams Limo.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rams Limo is not liable for:
•Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events outside our control
•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Any loss beyond the amount of the most recent monthly membership fee
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Dallas, TX, USA.
Members waive any rights to class-action lawsuits.
12. Governing Law
