Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Rams Limo services and your membership subscription. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Rams Limo provides premium transportation through a direct membership-based service model. Members access a fixed number of ride credits per month based on their selected plan.
2. Membership Tiers & Billing
  • Executive: $2,000/month | 20 rides | $500 annual fee
  • Elite: $3,000/month | 30 rides | $500 annual fee
  • Elite SUV: $2,400/month | 20 rides | $700 annual fee
  • Luxury SUV: $2,800/month | 30 rides | $1,000 annual fee
  • Premium SUV: Custom pricing – call or email us
Notes:
  • All memberships auto-renew monthly.
  • Annual fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Charges for the current month are non-refundable and not prorated.
3. Ride Credit Policy
  • Ride credits must be used within 30 days and do not roll over.
  • One ride per day unless pre-approved.
  • Each ride covers up to 20 miles. Additional mileage is billed at the standard per-mile rate.
  • All rides must be booked 24 hours in advance.
4. Service Area
Rams Limo services are available only within the United States and within defined local zones.
5. User Conduct
Members agree to:
  • Respect drivers and vehicles
  • Not book rides for non-members
  • Pay for any damages caused
  • Comply with cancellation and no-show policies
Rams Limo reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse or violation of terms.
6. Limitations of Liability
Rams Limo is not liable for:
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Service interruptions outside our control
7. Modifications
We may modify these terms, pricing, or services with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
 
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, TX, USA, with both parties waiving class-action rights.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Dallas, TX, USA.
